Lindsay has seen an enormous amount of change in the industry since he started his real estate career in Dunedin in 1986.

After more than 30 years, selling property has become second nature to him, and the passion he has for buyers and sellers is a great today as it was when he started.

Having worked on both sides of the Tasman in corporate roles for two major real estate brands, he understands best practice when it comes to achieving results for clients. It’s this knowledge, experience, work ethic and passion that he now brings into The Property Club.

Lindsay is a skilled and successful auctioneer having called well over 6,500 property auctions. It’s never easy to write about oneself but as you have arrived at this page, I’d better put some words together.

I was born in London in the dim dark days after 2nd world war (a real baby boomer) and at age 13 my parents decided there must be a better life somewhere so as a family we emigrated to NZ. I did all the normal things a teenager did in those 60’s days, married in the 70’s and had a couple of boys, the joys of my life.

In the mid 80’s I married my now husband and not long afterwards decided I wanted a career and chose Real Estate. It’s a choice I have never regretted. 1986 was the beginning of my real estate journey and I continue to achieve for my clients while enjoying every day, as much as ever. The pleasure I have had in helping my clients achieve their goals over the years would be hard to repeat and that is why I continue to do what I do best and will keep doing it for quite some time yet.

My interests have always been mostly home based with love for my family, my dog, gardening, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, reading, knitting, bike riding, walking and going on trips with our caravan.

Over the years we have built houses, renovated houses and completed extensive landscaping at various properties so I feel that the knowledge I have gained in personal life can also be useful to others.

Bryan Livingston is based in the Auckland region and handles special projects that the company gets involved with in the northern part of New Zealand. My introduction into the professional world of Real Estate came in the tough and competitive market of Melbourne some 20 years ago. I chose at that time to provide specialised services to my clients from a boutique company. I believe the Property Club allows me to offer the same advantages to my clients as that original boutique company.

New Zealand experience has been primarily in the Hawkes Bay and Auckland.

The very thought of selling your home can build enormous stress. I help minimise this stress by:

Giving my clients my time, not my assistants time.

I personally attend your open homes and private inspections.

Vendor communication will only come from me or our director.

We go through the journey together, you with me, me with you.

Our boutique company offers the same access to market as the larger companies but usually this is far more focused and monitored personally by me.

My style is friendly and relaxed, but make no mistake, I have two very good ears and a good set of eyes, these senses are keenly focused on catching every opportunity for my clients.

Previous experience includes, major corporate management, franchising, the building and tourism industries.

Christchurch is my home and birthplace, this is a city where the property dream is still alive and achievable.
